What is Usability Testing?
Usability testing is a technique used to test the usability of a system. The testing is done by allowing users to use the system and then receiving feedback on how useful the system was. Usability testing can be done in different ways, but usually it is done through interviews, observations or by having users write down their thoughts and feelings. There are different areas of use for usability testing. One of the most common areas of use is in web design, where you test how users perceive and use a web page. Usability testing can also be used to test how useful a program is, or to test a new system before it is launched. There are several different techniques similar to usability testing, such as user experience testing and user interface testing. User experience testing focuses on how users experience a system, while user interface testing focuses on how users interact with a system.
