What is Usability?
Usability is about ease of use and how easy it is for users to interact with a product or service. In design, it is important to create a user-friendly experience to attract and retain users. There are many different methods and tools used to improve the user experience. Examples of these methods include user testing, user flow analysis and prototyping. By using these tools, the designer can better understand user needs and create a more intuitive and easy-to-use product. There are also many different programs and tools that offer similar functions within usability. Examples of these tools include UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Hotjar. By using these tools, the designer can gain more insight into how users interact with a product and how this interaction can be improved.
