Beskrivning av tjänsten Just nu söker vi en Enterprise/Lösningsarkitekt till en av våra kunder. Du kommer att bli en del av vårt härliga arkitekt-team på CGI där vi jobbar i nära samarbete med bland annat affärskonsulter, applikationsexperter, utvecklare och andra arkitekter. I uppdraget kommer du att vara en nyckelperson som bidrar till att aktivt driva och ta fram efterfrågat material så som lösningsförslag och icke-funktionella krav för att kunna ta viktiga beslut inom både arkitektur och teknik. Förutom offentlig sektor arbetar vi brett inom olika branscher och kunder, vilket också ger möjlighet för dig att utveckla dig själv och din kompetens. Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter I dina framtida arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat lösningsförslag och säkerställande av robust it-arkitektur. Men också förstudier, roadmaps samt modellering, metodutveckling och integrationer. Jobbet som IT-arkitekt är både brett och tvärfunktionellt och du stöttar kunden i både lösningar och genomförande. Du blir en del av ett härligt team konsulter med olika erfarenhetsnivå som alla delar ett brinnande intresse för arkitektur och lösningar. Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik denna roll Vi söker dig som har: • En Bakgrund som systemutvecklare • En djup teknisk kunskap och ett intresse for kommande tekniker • Relevant högskoleutbildning inom IT Det är meriterande om du har kännedom kring: • Agila metoder • Maskininlärning och AI • Molnplattformar Det är även meriterande om du har någon certifiering från IASA eller liknande.

You'll report to our CEO and work collaboratively with our CTO and other members of the Waitwhile team to build innovative tech. As the VP of Engineering, you will play a key role in setting the long-term direction of Waitwhile's global engineering strategy that you will help build, develop, and execute. This position is based in Stockholm at our beautiful bright offices on Kungsgatan 32. We're an in-person company and prefer that you work from the office at least 2 days per week as we believe the best product gets built together, live.What you’ll own 🚀<ul><li>The Waitwhile engineering team, consisting of 10+ geographically distributed software engineers. You will partner with product development, operations, design and UX, product marketing and analytics to heavily inform the Product roadmap with your technical perspective</li><li>Delivery execution excellence: the overarching delivery schedule and quality of product features we conceive, build and ship to delight our current customers and win new ones.</li><li>Reliability, uptime and operations: the fundamentals that ensure Waitwhile exceeds SLAs and is developed sustainably to continually optimize the ongoing cost of its support and maintenance.</li><li>Engineering talent management: the responsibility to set performance management standards that cultivate and groom personal growth within your organization.</li><li>Cross technology organizational relationships: the ability to cross boundaries and develop strong relationships with our pre and post sales team leaders and our customers.</li></ul>What kind of skills are we looking for in you 📖<ul><li>Several years experience in engineeering leadership.</li><li>Experience in high growth, dynamic, distributed teams.</li><li>Proven ability to set technical vision and build the technical product roadmap from launch to scale.</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, diplomacy, and humility to lead and develop strong working relationships.</li><li>Very strong analytical and problem solving skills including requirements analysis and risk assessment.</li><li>Experience working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to recruit and develop quality teams.</li><li>Knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices.</li><li>Ability to identify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace by constantly evaluating emerging and/or innovating technologies.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline is a big plus.</li></ul>
