As our Pre-Sales Engineer, you'll provide essential technical expertise throughout the sales cycle by becoming the gateway between sales, customer success, and the development team.You'll have an essential role in driving customer demands and handle development and QA cycles to serve the requirements while also being an integrated part in the overall development and architectural changes of the product. You will work closely with potential customers to understand their technical requirements, develop and present solutions that meet their needs, and assist in the technical aspects of proposals and bids. You’ll also oversee technical aspects of current operations, manage issues, and support customer success in daily contact with customers.<ul><li>Solution development:<ul><li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions. This includes understanding the technical requirements of potential clients and proposing products or services that meet these requirements.</li></ul></li><li>Product demonstrations:<ul><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our solutions. Tailor presentations to suit the technical level and needs of the audience.</li></ul></li><li>Technical support:<ul><li>Provide technical support during the sales process, answering product-related questions, and addressing any technical concerns that arise. Assist in the preparation of detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions.</li></ul></li><li>Bid and proposal assistance:<ul><li>Support the sales team in the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring that they are technically accurate and meet the customer's requirements. This may involve creating technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.</li></ul></li><li>Training and Education:<ul><li>Conduct training sessions for customers and the sales team on product features, usage, and best practices. Ensure that all parties have the necessary knowledge to effectively sell, deploy, and use our products.</li></ul></li><li>Customer Feedback:<ul><li>Gather customer feedback on product features and performance. Work with product development teams to suggest improvements or new features based on this feedback.</li></ul></li></ul>It is a full-time role at our Stockholm office at Sthlm01, Hammarbybacken 27. You will be reporting to our CTO. This is you (or something close to it): - Education in IT - At least three years in relevant pre-sales roles - Background in system development or programming is a merit - Knowledge in B2B and B2B integrations is a must - Knowledge in operations, and project management is preferred - Communicates clearly to different audiences, developers, and technicians as well as customers and management - Experience of AWS (or other cloud providers) is an advantage - Fluency in Swedish is a must As a person, you're a modest team player but resolute when needed. You're focused on doing the right thing for our customers and colleagues. You're undoubtedly passionate about IT, aim to provide the best possible service to prospects and customers, and keep updated with features, design trends, and new tools to help us move forward. You have ideas of your own, but you're open to the opinions of others.
