About the Role
We are looking for a backend-focused engineer who values end-to-end technical ownership. While your primary focus will be on the core architecture, APIs, and transaction logic, you aren't afraid to jump into the frontend to ensure your data is surfaced correctly and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and operate backend workflows: Own the full lifecycle of queues, workers, orchestrators, and scheduled jobs in a serverless AWS environment.
Model and aggregate data at scale: You design partitioned PostgreSQL schemas and build efficient rollup systems to handle high-velocity transaction data. You'll tune indexes and queries, manage complex migrations, and ensure real-time data access with strict accuracy and consistency across large-scale datasets.
