Our hub is in central Stockholm, where we combine the energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of hybrid work.The opportunityWe are looking for a driven AI/ML Engineer to join our team. This role blends development of GenAI powered features, evaluation, search algorithms and data ingestion pipelines. You’ll help shape how we integrate generative AI into real-world applications, delivering a value-creating AI first solution to end-users in short iterative feedback loops. You’ll be a key contributor, working closely with product, design, backend engineers to realize the future of our AI-powered platform. You’ll employ Metrics Driven Development (MDD) and evaluation methodology to set up evaluation pipelines, helping us realize production-strength GenAI features covering both Agentic patterns and RAG. The focus is initially on utilizing GenAI solutions for the AI features, which will expand over time to incorporate ML solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to greatly influence both our GenAI and ML stack.Key Responsibilities- Design and build Gen AI features, covering both Agentic patterns and RAG. You’ll contribute with code to our backend platform. - Design and build evaluation pipelines and metrics for public customer facing AI solutions.- Design and build data ingestion pipelines from various sources (APIs, databases, files, customer systems)- Design and build search algorithms, e.g., vector, semantic, graph, to support our AI features.- Implement data quality monitoring and validation frameworks- Integrate AI services and APIs into data processing workflows, including LLMs and vector embeddings- Support both product data processing and internal business analytics as we scale- Collaborate with other engineers on backend integration and system architecture- Evaluate when GenAI or ML solutions are appropriate or whether simpler approaches suffice.- Contribute to technical decisions about our evolving data stack and infrastructure- Create and maintain data models optimized for both ML workloads and business analytics- Build feature engineering pipelines to support ML model training and inferenceMust-Have Skills- Strong proficiency in Python - Experience with Agentic AI, prompt engineering, tools.- Understanding RAG, search algorithms, vector databases and embedding workflows.- Experience with MDD and Gen AI evaluation using frameworks such as RAGAs or MLFlow.- Experience with the full ML lifecycle.- Experience with both structured and unstructured data- Git proficiency and understanding of CI/CD concepts Copyright, YM I RIGHT AB, 2025. Inget uppdrag är det andra likt, och du får stor frihet att ta initiativ, driva idéer och skapa verkligt värde.Dina uppgifter kan bl.a. innefatta:<ul><li>Identifiera och lösa komplexa problem med hjälp av dataanalys, ML och AI</li><li>Arbeta i gränslandet mellan statistik, programmering och affär</li><li>Samla in, strukturera, rengöra och analysera stora datamängder</li><li>Bygga, träna och validera maskininlärningsmodeller – från klassiska algoritmer till deep learning</li><li>Presentera dina insikter på ett pedagogiskt sätt för både tekniska och icke-tekniska stakeholders</li><li>Hjälpa våra kunder att fatta datadrivna beslut och skapa strategier för innovation och tillväxt</li></ul>Vi tror att du:<ul><li>Har minst 5 års professionell erfarenhet från industrin som Data Scientist, gärna i konsultrollen</li><li>Har en teknisk universitetsutbildning (t.ex. matematik, fysik, datavetenskap, ekonomi eller liknande)</li><li>Är trygg i Python, SQL och Git – och har god förståelse för molnbaserade plattformar (AWS, GCP, Azure)</li><li>Har erfarenhet av att bygga och implementera klassificeringsmodeller och ML-lösningar i produktion</li><li>Känner dig hemma i både klassisk statistik och moderna ML-ramverk – från GLM och random forests till ensemble-metoder och neurala nätverk</li><li>Kommunicerar tydligt, både i skrift och tal, och kan förklara komplexa samband på ett begripligt sätt</li><li>Trivs i en snabb och dynamisk miljö, där du får tänka fritt, stort och nytt</li><li>Har ett tydligt driv, är självgående och ser möjligheter där andra ser hinder</li></ul> Varför Eghed?
