What is Security Clearance?
Security Clearance is a process where an individual undergoes various checks to assess their suitability and trustworthiness to gain access to classified information or security sensitive areas. By going through this process, a person can be authorized to access information that is classified and only available to those with the proper security clearance. There are different levels of security clearances depending on the type of information that the individual needs to access. Part of the process may include background checks, interviews, training, and written tests to assess the individual's integrity, loyalty, and ability to handle confidential information securely. It is important to have the proper security clearance to ensure that the information accessed is not fall into the wrong hands and that national security can be protected in the best possible way.
