What is Scrum?
Scrum is an agile framework for project management and development. It is a way of working with iterative and incremental development, where a team works together to deliver a product in small steps. Scrum is often used in software development, but can also be used for other types of projects. Scrum has three main roles: product owner, scrum master and development team. The product owner is responsible for ensuring that the product is good enough and that it is delivered on time. The scrum master is responsible for ensuring that the team follows the scrum framework and that all issues are resolved. The development team is responsible for developing the product. Scrum uses sprints, which are short periods (usually 2-4 weeks) when a team works on a specific goal. At each sprint meeting, the team plans what will be done during the sprint. During the sprint, the team works together to achieve the goal. At the end of the sprint, the team demos what has been developed and does a retrospective to discuss what went well and what can be improved. Scrum is a flexible framework that can be adapted to different types of projects and different teams. It's a popular choice for many teams because it allows for quick delivery of a working product
