What is Quantitative Research?
Quantitative Research is a method in research that focuses on collecting and analyzing numerical data to understand and describe phenomena. By using quantitative methods, researchers can collect data in the form of numbers and statistics to draw objective and generalizable conclusions. There are several different methods in quantitative research, such as experimental studies, surveys, and observations. By using these methods, researchers can collect data in a structured way and analyze it using statistical techniques to draw empirical conclusions. Just like with Adobe Photoshop, even in quantitative research there are different options and methods to explore. Examples of other research methods within quantitative research are qualitative research methods and mixed methods, which combine both qualitative and quantitative methods to get a more complete picture of the phenomenon being studied.
