Here’s what that looks like:<ul><li>Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our founders to design and evolve Plussa’s tech stack &amp; architecture.</li><li>Product Development: Drive data-driven improvements, fix bugs, add new features based on user feedback, and enhance the UI.</li><li>Backend &amp; Deployment: Maintain a robust backend, manage app releases on the App Store and Google Play, and update our website.</li><li>AI Integration: Improve Plussa’s AI functionality while staying ahead of rapid advances in generative AI, LLM models, data security, and data collection.</li><li>Future-Proofing: Ensure our technology remains agile and scalable to accommodate future growth and innovation.</li></ul>We’re expanding quickly, and there’s potential for you to become our CTO or tech lead. Until then, you should be ready to handle all things tech—or learn fast.
