What is Embedded Linux?

Embedded Linux is a competence in the area where you work with operating systems that are adapted to run on devices with limited hardware. This differs from other operating systems as it must be adapted to work on smaller and more limited devices. It is usually not possible to install a regular operating system on such a device. Embedded Linux is a skill required to be able to install, configure and customize an operating system for a limited device.
