What is Design Thinking?
Design thinking is a creative and systematic method for solving problems. It is based on three basic ideas: 1) understand the user's needs, 2) create solutions that meet those needs, and 3) test and iteratively improve the solutions. Design thinking is a flexible and adaptable method that can be used in different types of problem solving situations. It differs from other types of problem-solving methods by focusing on user needs and solution-focused outcomes.
