<h2>Being a C# Developer at Wisentic</h2>We are growing and looking for Backend heavy Fullstack Developers to help shape the future of Inspira, one of Wisentics core platforms. A system that helps insurance companies, and their customers, manage administrative processes within claims handling and health declarations. You will be instrumental in driving the technical development, making key design decisions, and helping in reducing legacy while building a sustainable, future-proof SaaS product.Working in a small and focused development team, you help create solutions that make a real difference for both current and future users. Your work includes designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems built on .NET 10, while collaborating closely with other developers to make informed technical decisions and drive modernization efforts. Along the way, you help reduce technical debt and build a scalable, maintainable architecture that supports long-term growth.<h3>To succeed in this role, we think that you:</h3><ul><li>Have extensive experience in .NET/C# backend development, preferably within SaaS and microservices environments.</li><li>Are a developer who approaches problems with a product mindset, balancing technical decisions with user value and long-term product goals.</li><li>Are comfortable working across the full stack and open to engaging with frontend technologies like Angular.</li><li>Possess experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.</li><li>Can independently break down complex user stories and lead technical initiatives.</li><li>Are curious, eager to learn, and stays updated on modern technology trends.</li><li>Are fluent in English (Swedish is a big plus).</li></ul>
