Ivy’s where the future’s being built.<h2>What we’re looking for</h2><ul><li>You have an AI-first mindset.</li><li>You’re an experienced builder with deep technical skills in both backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (React).</li><li>You have led small teams or projects and want to grow into a full leadership role.</li><li>You know how to balance hands-on coding with mentoring, architecture, and hiring.</li><li>You’ve contributed to or maintained open-source projects.</li><li>You want to be a foundational part of something big, from day zero.</li></ul><h2>Your responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead and grow a world-class engineering team from the ground up.</li><li>Architect and implement major parts of the Ivy platform in C# and React.</li><li>Drive technical direction and uphold code quality and velocity.</li><li>Collaborate directly with founders on product and strategy.</li><li>Build an engineering culture centred on shipping, curiosity, and continuous learning.</li><li>Take ownership of hiring: help define roles, run interviews, and bring top talent onboard.</li><li>Design and improve onboarding processes to ensure new engineers are productive quickly.</li><li>Contribute to open source and engage with the developer community.</li></ul>
