Key Responsibilities/Qualifications: Data Transformation:·         Lead the transformation of our entire data structure into a modern environment, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards·         Develop and implement strategies for seamless data migration and integration Python and SQL Expertise:·         Utilize advanced Python and SQL skills to design, develop, and optimize data solutions.·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Data Warehousing:·         Design and implement robust data warehousing solutions to support the organization's analytical and reporting needs.·         Ensure the integrity and security of data within the data warehouse. ELT Process Management:·         Oversee the Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) process, ensuring efficient and accurate data processing.·         Implement best practices for data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment. Collaboration:·         Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility
