We are currently looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer (Go) to our team in Stockholm, Sweden. Please be aware that a valid work permit is a mandatory requirement to be considered for the role. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable backend services</li><li>Develop integrations with network device firmware and other applications</li><li>Integrate feature designs with larger software systems</li><li>Co-work with cloud architects, backend developers, frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience with Golang is required</li><li>Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL</li><li>Experience with developing REST and MQTT API</li><li>Experience with Git/GitHub</li><li>Experience with Linux and Docker environments</li><li>Good understanding of SOLID principles</li><li>Ability to work independently within a high-talent team</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong sense of ownership of tasks and responsibilities</li><li>Highly proficient in English (written and spoken)</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Familiarity with Java development</li><li>Experience with Spring or other web framework knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of Bash and Unix</li><li>Knowledge of WebRTC and WebSockets</li><li>Good understanding of networking protocols and architectures</li><li>Experience developing AWS cloud services / DevOps</li><li>Experience with SD-WAN and/or VPN technologies</li><li>Familiarity with the Agile software development processes</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>International work environment</li><li>Competitive compensation package including wellness allowance, occupational pension, medical insurance, private health insurance, life insurance and work-injury insurance</li><li>Five weeks of holiday per year</li><li>Flexible work hours and hybrid work model</li><li>Modern office space located in Epicenter (Hötorget)</li><li>Access to all the latest Ubiquiti products and prototypes for home use and tests</li></ul>

Här träffas vi några dagar i veckan och slår våra kloka huvuden ihop, lösa våra kunders problem med gemensamma krafter och käkar lunch med varandra. Ofta tar vi en öl eller två framåt eftermiddagen. Eller en kaffe. Huvudsaken är att vi får umgås. Brädspels- eller DnD-kvällar är ett standardinslag i en Kumpans vardag.<h3>Vem tror vi att du är?</h3>Säkerligen är du en nyfiken person, en sådan som älskar att skaffa sig nya kunskaper. Sådana får du nämligen här. Vi jobbar med många tech-stacks och vi har en avslappnad men professionell inställning till teknikval, något som troligtvis passar dig. Vi är själva framförallt vassa på open source, och tror att det är där du trivs bäst också.DevOps kommer bli ett nytt produktben hos Kumpan och vi ser gärna att den som söker tjänsten har viljan att driva/vidareutveckla produktbenet tillsammans med oss. Tidigare erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling är inte nödvändigt; med engagemang och vilja kommer man långt! Det är däremot viktigt att du tidigare har varit konsult och gillar den typen av arbetssätt.<h4>Det du behöver kunna redan när du kommer hit är:</h4><ul><li>Vi ser gärna att du har 6+ års erfarenhet inom DevOps och med moderna CD/CI verktyg.</li><li>Du har tidigare erfarenhet av AWS, Google Cloud eller Azure.</li><li>Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible</li><li>Valfritt CD/CI verktyg (Jenkins, Github actions etc)</li><li>Monitorering med Datadog eller liknande, Bash Scripting.</li></ul><h3>Lite mer om oss</h3>Vi är en webb- och konsultbyrå som funnits sedan 2004. These are the skills you need to bring 
Your mindset is that you are solving problems through developing services or products, not just writing some code.  You have at least a Bachelors Degree from university and are familiar with working in modern software development for example:

•  Five years experience from coding in C / C++ / Python  
•  Experience in Linux / Unix  
•  Experience in Product development and 
• Experience from working with different micro processors, communication protocols, and troubleshooting hardware and
•Fluent in Swedish and English
