What is Team Building?
Team building is a process that aims to create a stronger and more cohesive team by developing the communication and cooperation skills of the team members. The process usually involves various activities and exercises aimed at strengthening the team members' ability to work together. Compared to other competencies, team building is usually more focused on the process and activities than on the actual result. It is not uncommon for team building activities to be conducted regularly to keep the team cohesive and efficient.
