What is PPS?
PPS, or PowerPoint Show, is a file format created with the Microsoft PowerPoint program. It is used to display presentations with text, images, graphics and other multimedia. PPS files can be viewed by double-clicking them and they run in a separate window compared to the PowerPoint editor. Just like Adobe Photoshop, there are other programs that offer similar features to Microsoft PowerPoint. Examples of other presentation software include Keynote, Prezi, and Google Slides. Each program has its own unique features and customizations to make presentations effective and visually appealing.
