Vi bygger system och tjänster som står för innovationen inom verksamheter och är affärskritiska för riktigt stora företag i Sverige, Finland och Europa - det är inga enkla sajter eller engångsprojekt vi snackar om här, utan långvariga samarbetsprojekt med våra kunder där vi tar ansvar och känner ett ägandeskap för det vi bygger. Vi är med i hela livscykeln från problemformulering, till krav, till designfas, till utveckling, QA och vidare in på drift och vidareutveckling. Det här är en krävande men oerhört inspirerande roll för en vass utvecklare.Vi utvecklar och driftar många system åt många kunder. För att det ska vara hållbart i ett team om 8-12 personer så har vi byggt in i vår modell lösningar som gör att vi får möjlighet att hålla systemen uppgraderade löpande, för att minska risken att projekt och tjänster blir gamla och får för mycket legacy. Absoluta majoriteten av tiden så arbetar våra utvecklare i system och tjänster som ligger på aktuell Laravel-version, kör uppdaterade PHP-versioner, databasversioner och driftas på uppgraderade och moderna servrar. Det här är inte bara viktigt ur säkerhetssynvinkel utan påverkar även vår arbetsmiljö positivt. För kodmiljö är också arbetsmiljö.Fem punkter om oss och om hur vi jobbar:<ul><li>Trots att vi till 80% bygger system åt kunder så sitter vi alltid hos oss, och aldrig hos kund. Vi arbetar med flera projekt åt olika kunder samtidigt och samarbetar kontinuerligt internt med vårt team av utvecklare, designers och projektledare.</li><li>Förutom våra kundprojekt så har vi även egna tjänster som vi utvecklar och säljer. Det främsta exemplet idag är e-handelsplattformen Ashop som vi arbetat med de senaste 10 åren och som körs av både etablerade e-handlare, tillväxtbolag och flera kedjor. Som utvecklare hos oss så kommer du både arbeta med kundprojekten och de egna tjänsterna.</li><li>Vi avsätter tid och resurser löpande på lärande och utveckling i labbform. Mindre labbprojekt pågår löpande, och då och då har vi även dedikerade labbveckor.</li><li>Vi jobbar inte övertid och har aldrig haft en kultur av att behöva göra det. Däremot har vi flexibla arbetstider som både går att kombinera med familjeliv, fritidsintressen och att olika personer jobbar bra olika delar av dygnet. Visar det sig att du jobbar bra sena nätter - go for it! Vi ser till att hela teamet jobbar samtidigt under förmiddagar, i övrigt försöker vi hitta tider som passar individuellt.</li><li>Vi har ingen uttalad aversion mot möten, men vi är noga med att inte ha interna möten i onödan och vill inte odla en möteskultur. Vi har ett 45-minuters sprintmöte varannan vecka där vi summerar de senaste två veckorna, och går igenom planen för de kommande två veckorna. Detta följer vi upp med en halvtimmes gemensam frukost där vi synkar målen för sprinten. Utöver det har utvecklarna ett dev-möte en gång i månaden för genomgång av utvecklarfrågor med diskussioner och uppdatering av våra utvecklarguidelines. That´s it. 5 fasta möten i månaden. Resten är jobbtid, och övriga möten och avstämningar sker baserat på faktiska projektbehov - inte på slentrian. Vi kommer aldrig ha daily standups.</li></ul>Är det här du?
