What is CX?
CX stands for Customer Experience and is about the customer's experience of the quality of a product or service. CX is critical to a company's success and influences customer loyalty and engagement. By improving CX, companies can increase customer satisfaction and thereby increase revenue. There are many different methods and tools that companies can use to improve CX. Examples of these are Customer Journey Mapping, Voice of the Customer analyzes and Customer Satisfaction Surveys. By analyzing and understanding the customer's needs and preferences, companies can create a better customer experience and thus increase their competitiveness. CX is an important part of the company's marketing strategy and also affects the company's brand image. By focusing on creating a positive and memorable customer experience, companies can build strong and long-term relationships with their customers. It is therefore important to continuously work on improving and developing CX to meet customer expectations and needs.
