What is Crystal Reports?
Crystal Reports is a program for creating reports. It uses a drag-and-drop method to add and arrange data in the reports. Crystal Reports can be used to create reports from various data sources, such as a database, an XML file, or an Excel file. The reports can then be exported to various formats, for example PDF, Excel or HTML. Compared to other programs for creating reports, such as Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel, Crystal Reports has a more advanced interface and more features. Crystal Reports is also easier to use for creating reports with multiple data sources.
