What is Coaching?
Coaching is a process where a coach helps an individual achieve their goals and improve their personal and professional life. By asking questions, actively listening, and providing feedback, a coach helps the client identify obstacles, develop new perspectives, and address the challenges in their lives. There are many different methods and techniques in coaching, including life coaching, career coaching, and leadership coaching. A coach can use tools such as goal setting, visualization and action plans to support the client in their development process. Coaching differs from therapy by focusing more on the future and helping the client achieve their goals, rather than digging into the past. It is an interactive process where the client and coach work together to create change and progress. By having a coach as support, the client can gain new perspectives, increased self-awareness and guidance to achieve their goals and create the life they want.
