What is Change Management?
Change Management is a complex technical skill that involves managing and implementing changes in a structured and efficient manner. It is an important competence in many different areas, such as companies, organizations and public authorities, where changes are often necessary. Change Management can be compared to other similar competencies, such as Project Management and Process Management, but is unique due to its focus on change. Change Management often includes various activities such as identifying and analyzing the needs for change, planning and implementing changes, as well as follow-up and evaluation of the results.
