Join us as Program Manager in Invenco by GVR 

Are you passionate about leading strategic programs in cross-functional teams that ensure continuous business success? We are seeking a positive and proactive Program Manager with technical background, excellent communication skills and a can-do-mentality to join our PMO team in the Nordics. As a Program Manager, you´ll drive alignment and will be accountable for the execution of a set of strategic initiatives along with our customers. Your primary interfacing functional teams are mainly located in Stockholm (SWE), where the role will be based but we are also distributed globally in Tampere (FIN), Florence (ITA), Basildon (UK), Greensboro (USA) and Auckland (NZL).

What You Will Do as a Program Manager in Invenco by GVR 

 -You´ll ensure our customers continuous business success within a short-to-medium time frame. 
 -You´ll be accountable for taking the lead in driving a set of key customers strategic initiatives. These initiatives involve large-scale and cross-disciplinary product development in close collaboration with our customers and third-party vendors. 
 -You´ll be responsible for monitoring execution and progress of our SAFe Pi-increments. 
 -You’ll be responsible for enabling and facilitating collaboration between various functional teams and stakeholders within our company. 
 -You´ll create and sustain any tactical and strategic alignment with key stakeholders impacting the specific initiatives and customer programs       that you´re leading. 
 -You´ll work in close collaboration primarily with our commercial and sales and product marketing functions across the board. 

What You will Need as a Program Manager in Invenco by GVR

  -You´ll need a positive and getting-the-work-done attitude. With responsibilities of always having the end-to-end oversight in mind through daily management. 
 -You´ll need to be self-motivated, dedicated, very communicative and able to work self-sufficient. 
 -You’ll need to quickly prioritize, coordinate and communicate in managing cross-functional teams in a high paced environment. 
 -You´ll need to drive, motivate and get the team focused on clear identified project targets. 
 -You’ll need to build trust, credibility, establish relations and maintain excellent communication both with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels. 

Experiences And Qualifications

  -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. 
 -Minimum of five years’ working experience of RnD Project or Program Management dealing with software engineering and operations. 
- Experienced with software development life cycles. 
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work streams to successful completion. 
- Experience working across organizations with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Engineering, and Design and leading via influence. 
 -Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills. 
 -Advanced in English, both oral and written. 
 -Mastering other Nordic language would come as an advantage.
