How it works - Teamtailor

We're pleased to announce that Demando now integrates with Teamtailor, streamlining your recruitment process. This integration allows you to handle all types of screening directly in Teamtailor, rather than managing multiple systems. While you'll still need to contact candidates and review applications in Demando, all relevant candidate details and process updates will be automatically managed for all synced positions between Teamtailor and Demando.

API Key Setup

To create an API key in Teamtailor:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API Keys.
2. Create a key with Admin Read/Write permissions.
3. Go to https://company.demando.io/integrations/teamtailor and add it.
4. Done!

Setting Up a Position

To sync a Demando position with a Teamtailor job:

1. Go to the position in Demando.
2. At the bottom, select the corresponding Teamtailor job to link with the Demando position.

Managing Processes

All processes managed solely in Teamtailor will appear in a separate swim lane. Actions for these processes can only be performed in Teamtailor, not in Demando.

Manually Syncing Candidates

You can manually sync a candidate to Teamtailor, which is useful for processes initiated before syncing the position with Teamtailor.
