The ideal candidate should have strong, demonstrated experience in AI/ML, preferably with context engineering, orchestration and optimization of LLMs. Our asynchronous chat-based service is well suited for virtual assistants and automated decision support. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on individual who can take initiative, get things done efficiently, and work closely with stakeholders.<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.</li><li>Work with operations and product teams to create and improve datasets from human experts.</li><li>Setup machine learning tools and manage data pipelines.</li><li>Develop AI solutions iteratively with evaluations to automate tasks, make predictions, and optimize processes.</li><li>Deploy and monitor AI systems in production, and ensure that they are performing as expected.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in data science and machine learning.</li></ul><h4>Qualifications:</h4><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, AI &amp; Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.</li><li>Hands-on experience with context engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., ADK or LangChain) for building robust, multi-step agent workflows.</li><li>Experience with AI services provided by cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure.</li><li>Ability to own problems end-to-end, and to be proactive in acquiring new knowledge.</li><li>Experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch or Scikit-learn.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.</li><li>You need to have a work permit in Sweden. </li></ul>
