Position description
The Opportunity
As our first in-house designer, you’ll set the visual and interaction direction across the product while working hands-on in Figma from day one. You’ll partner closely with engineering and AI teams to craft human-in-the-loop patterns and “progressive autonomy” interactions that make people + AI collaborate seamlessly. Expect high velocity: ship → learn → iterate.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain our design system (components, tokens, motion principles) in Figma.
- Map user journeys, prioritize improvements, and reduce friction in core flows.
- Design AI interactions (human-in-the-loop to autonomous), with clear guardrails and feedback.
- Build clickable prototypes (Figma/Lovable), run tests, and iterate quickly.
