About the Job Are you a master at turning marketing data into actionable insights? Do you have a commercial mindset? Do you thrive at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and marketing? Is it you?Your Mission As our Marketing Data Engineer, you’ll be the backbone of our data-driven decision-making in one of our cross functional product teams and work closely with marketing and data teams to design, build, and maintain pipelines, dashboards, and tools that optimize our marketing efforts.Your Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines using tools like DBT and BigQuery.</li><li>Design Looker dashboards and reports that make complex data digestible for stakeholders.</li><li>Leverage Amplitude to track user behavior and inform campaign optimizations.</li><li>Use Braze to implement personalized marketing strategies and workflows.</li><li>Manage and analyze mobile attribution data with Adjust to refine campaigns.</li><li>Partner with marketing teams to align technical solutions with business goals.</li><li>Conduct data validation and quality checks to maintain trust and ensure accuracy in analytics.</li></ul> What We’re Looking For<ul><li>3+ years of experience in a data engineering or analytics role in a marketing context.</li><li>Proficiency with some or all of our tools: Braze, Amplitude, Google analytics, BigQuery, DBT, Adjust and Looker.</li><li>Proficiency with SQL and Python.</li><li>An analytical mindset and a deep understanding of data modeling, marketing KPIs, and performance metrics.</li><li>A true problem-solver with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Someone with a strong commercial mindset that can turn data into business opportunities that generates revenue.</li><li>A higher education degree in a relevant field.</li></ul> What’s in it for you? Could this someone be you?Your Mission As one of our Product Designers, you’ll work on a product that helps millions of people sleep better, making a real impact on their health and wellbeing. You will be part of one of our cross-functional teams driving clear, outcome-based goals, having a direct effect on Sleep Cycle’s success, while helping millions of users achieve their health goals through better sleep.  Your Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Be the voice of the customer and create delightful solutions that have a high impact on business outcomes.</li><li>Represent design throughout discovery and delivery, collaborating closely with the Tech Lead and Product Manager.</li><li>Champion modern design thinking and methodologies within your team, ensuring user-centered design principles guide decision-making.</li><li>Bridge the gap between our users and the product team.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience working at least 5 years as a Product Designer in a cross-functional product team, preferably working on B2C subscription products.</li><li>Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. </li><li>Strong skills in interaction and visual design, with a track record of creating appealing user interfaces. </li><li>Ability to create prototypes from hypotheses and validate them quickly with real users </li><li>Someone who thrives as a designer in a data-driven team where experimentation is key to success.</li><li>Understanding of when to take smart shortcuts to quickly test hypotheses.</li><li>A true team player, someone who collaborates effectively and lifts those around them.</li><li>A higher education in a relevant field.</li></ul> Nice to Have:<ul><li>Art direction skills to create beautiful visuals and evolve our visual brand identity</li><li>Experience with animations/micro animation</li><li>A genuine interest in health and sleep.</li><li>Fluency in Swedish. </li></ul>What’s in it for you?
