Training of employees in their work steps is becoming more important, especially in combination with product or process changes. This requires new training methods that make innovative use of the opportunities offered by digitization and make training easier, faster and more flexible. This is made possible with Virtual Training Solutions (VTS) that makes trainees train in a gamified way using Desktop, Web or VR/AR-solution.
Virtual training methods are an excellent complement to physical training methods. Virtual training offers the advantage that several employees can train practical work steps at the same time - unlike physical training models, where only one employee is able to operate the training device at a time. In addition, because virtual training is possible anywhere, adverse environmental conditions are replaced by quiet environmental conditions, making training much more focused and efficient.
