Position description
As our Pre-Sales Engineer, you'll provide essential technical expertise throughout the sales cycle by becoming the gateway between sales, customer success, and the development team.
You'll have an essential role in driving customer demands and handle development and QA cycles to serve the requirements while also being an integrated part in the overall development and architectural changes of the product.
You will work closely with potential customers to understand their technical requirements, develop and present solutions that meet their needs, and assist in the technical aspects of proposals and bids. You’ll also oversee technical aspects of current operations, manage issues, and support customer success in daily contact with customers.
