We are seeking a part-time Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the technological needs of Fenrir, developing strategies to increase our operational efficiency and effectiveness, and launching the Fenrir product to new investors and companies.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
Direct and organize IT-related projects.
Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
Collaborate with other executives from different departments to align the company’s technology resources with the company's short and long-term goals.
Lead the development of our product, including front-end and back-end development, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience for our users.
Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to launch our product to new investors and companies.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a tech company.
Strong knowledge of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, etc.
Experience with cloud technologies and services.
Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership and organizational abilities.
Strategic thinking.
Problem-solving aptitude.
