Bemlo (YC W22) is the number one marketplace for healthcare personnel looking for short- and long-term work in Sweden, Norway, and the UK. We are a team of 9 people with backgrounds at Hardvard, KRY, Doctrin, and KTH. Right now, we are looking for product-motivated developers to join our team and change life for all nurses and doctors in Europe for the better. We develop in full-stack Typescript with NestJS on the backend and React+Gatsby front-end. More than half of nurses and doctors are considering leaving their jobs altogether. With the shortage of healthcare professionals in the EU expected to reach 4.1 million in 2030, the existing professionals are the last thing we can afford to lose. Right now, we're building the tools health providers need to manage their internal and external staffing and avoid churn.
